The topic pretty much explains it

There is a movie called Oldboy and of all the people I know, no one has seen it.

I checked all the people who have it listed in their facebook movie interests and only like 15 people came up

I suggest that people watch it.

Les Choristes-The Chorus

Like the School of rock, except its french, about a choir, and its far more serious and it lacks the cheesiness characteristic of hollywood. I'd reccomend it to anyone. It's not necessarily something incredibly new, but I thought everything from the plot to the acting was extremely well done and it really invokes a lot of feeling and questions, at least for me.

They Call Me Trinity & sequel Trinity Is Still My Name. Great spaghetti westerns starring Terence Hill and Bud Spencer.

Oh my god! I've seen that movie! It was like two summers ago.Oh, I don't really remember that much except for the student that comes in half way through the school year, and is a real bully. He sings that really crude song to the teacher and the rest of the class. lol

Very good movie. Well captured.

Quite gory, however. Though, it's nothing like gore-orientated movies today (ex. Hostel, Saw, etc etc)

This had more of a mentality to it. The character herself was more disturbing than the gore in my opinion.

Are you kidding me? That's an odd choice as I don't know anybody who hasn't seen that movie. It's been the critics darling foreign film for about a year or so and so it's kind of been pushed down peoples's throat as "the" movie to see if you see just one Chan-wook Park film (although I suggest "Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance". Odd that so many people came up on facebook that haven't seen it.

I have so many films that a lot of people haven't seen but I guess a big one that I'm suprised a lot of people haven't seen is the great "The Passion of Joan of Arc (1928".

Hmm...well, I guess the Triplets of Belleville classifies as that. It's an awesome movie. It's REALLY REALLY slow-paced, but that's just part of the style. It's less animation and more art in motion. The intelligent sense of humor is another plus.

But a movie that I don't think anyone has actually heard about is Twelve Monkeys, which is sad because it really is a great movie. I mean, where else would you see Bruce Willis play such a vulnerable and victimized character?

No. The Smashing Pumpkins video was an homage to the French silent film "Trip to the Moon (Le Voyage dans la Lune) from 1902 from which that picture is taken from.

Tideland

Quite possibly the most screwed up movie I have ever watched!

The 13th Warrior

It bombed, but it is one of my favorite movies.  I also loved the book it is based on, "Eaters of the Dead" by Michael Crichton.

Lost Highway, if your not a David Lynch fan, you'll probably be overly weirded out and think it sucks, but if you open your mind and be ready to interpret most things yourself, you might enjoy it.

Good movie that, one of my favorites. Wonder Man with Danny Kaye...I could probably list several Danny Kaye's that a lot of people haven't seen... Oscar with Sylvester Stallone...not the typical Stallone movie, it's a comedy and I found it rather amusing.
