Winamp for me.

FLAC support, multi-channel WAVs, can be shrunk to a mini-size, 24bit playback, 96Khz, 5.1, multiple downloadable addons too. Transcoding for iPods is also a nice bonus

I used itunes for the longest time and just tried Foobar2000 for the first time 3 weeks ago and am very impressed with it, not only does it use about 1/3 the ram as itunes but the options it has are amazing, its definately for audiophiles, but on the other hand i like itunes' orgianization and innitial ease of use.

Mostly WMP, sometimes I use iTunes. I tried winamp, but I didn't like it much.

I just use Zune. More organized than WMP by far and pretty noob-friendly

No Amarok love? Linux ftw! It's pretty cool, it automatically fetches lyrics and artists bios so you can sing along and learn while you're at it! Also the interface is pretty nice too.

I use the K-Lite Codec Package (MPC with FFa) and generate my own playlists using a self-written bat file. FFa (part of FFDShow) has WAY more options than any of the above listed in your poll.
