I like Zegamorth, it's noticable and just looks cool. However, to sell it, you need to come up with a story behind it... or not, but that would certainly help. Even a character would be kind of awesome. "Zegamorth teams up with Jack Black and The Metal to conquer the world!" A bit over the top, but you get the idea...
