I have Verizon Wireless, but US cellular is better than every single phone carrier out there imo.AckadWhy do you have verzon?
Where an individual lives and travels likely influences their choice of a favorite phone service provider, so it depends.BranKetraNo one traveling, I am talking the U.S. national cell phone carriers.
Well I live in Oregon still different levels of service outside the main cities. Verizon is the best coverage. drokmoreVerizon is crap here......most people switch when the contract is up. Anyway Sprint hasn't let me down in any area I've been in.....

In some areas Sprint has 4G LTE....and 4G in others unless the phone is LTE and expanding. Nonetheless....I haven't had a problem.[QUOTE="lostrib"][QUOTE="LJS9502_basic"] Verizon is crap here......most people switch when the contract is up. I think that's ecause you have not really used anything else but sprint, most people regardless of 4G can't stand sprints high speeds and hidden charges.[QUOTE="LJS9502_basic"][QUOTE="lostrib"]In some areas Sprint has 4G LTE....and 4G in others unless the phone is LTE and expanding. I work for Verizon so I guess that makes me pretty biased.
I've had US Cellular before and they aren't bad for their little islands of coverage, but if you go ANYWHERE outside of those zones your coverage is pretty much shot. Â
I'm lucky that I live in a part of Iowa where there is competition from just about every major carrier, but from what those customers have told me, if they ever leave their ecosystems their coverage disappears. Â Verizon invests heavily in their tower structure and it's always moving into new markets.
The prices the competitors charge may seem nice, but they just can't touch Verizon for national coverage. Â You get what you pay for. Â If you don't need coverage everywhere or you don't travel that much, a local carrier might be a better option, but that's completely up to the consumer to decide.Â
