Best Robert De Niro Film (poll)

Which film with Robert De Niro is the best? They are all really good, but I have to go with Taxi Driver.

Why isn't Casino on that list? I loved that movie.

EDIT: Are you asking which movie has the best performance by De Niro, or what the best movie is with De Niro in it? Because if it's the latter than the Godfather Part II would be the best.

All of the choices are fantastic, as is Casino. I would've chosen Taxi Driver, but I saw Goodfellas first, and it's by far the greatest mob movie I've ever seen. I really wish Scorsese had managed to give him a role in The Departed.

De Niro was supposed to play the role Martin Sheen played, but De Niro was busy at the time with the filming of "The Good Shepard".

I liked him in "Heat".

This is my fav Robert De Niro film. I've only seen one of the films in the poll and didn't like it.

Goodfellas was overrated. Why no love for The Deer Hunter?

And to those saying Casino, its a great movie, but its pretty much the same as Goodfellas but in Las Vegas, still great, but nowhere as good as his other movies.

He was great in Raging Bull, but his best role was in Taxi Driver.

He had the 2nd or 3rd biggest role in Goodfellas.
