I like all of those shows but dexter is the best.  Also Heroes should be there.

Lost for me, I have never watched any of the other shows on your list, but I limit myself on purpose, cause I don't want to be addicted to too many shows at once.

Dexter by far. Although not really by far since Lost, Heroes and 24 are closely on its tail.

I've never even heard of Dexter...:? But I like Heroes, it's good, but how come it's not on anymore? I also like The Simpsons, South Park, Robot Chicken, Mythbusters and How It's Made (Canada only)

Without a Trace of Jericho's Lost CSI Law and Order Shark Bones in the Shield House

and

24 Criminal Mind Scrubs Prison Break in The Ugly Betty Las Vegas Office

are by far the two best.
