I like Miami midtown and south beach, but living downtown I hate the traffic. Everyone just came from cuba and you know they don't have car insurance...

Really? The only thing I like about being here is the Reds.
Compare to Fort Worth during the summer, and Tulsa Oklahoma, Yeah.
I also tried Chipotles there......They should bring that $hit down to Alabamer.
i like my little town, Mascoutah.
city driving is too chaotic for me. it scares me.
i like being able to come outside at night and just enjoy the silence. with the subtle sound of a car or two passing by.
i will say though, one thing that i miss form being in texas was McDonalds Hot N Spicy McChickens. they were amazing.
unfortuneatly, they dont make them up here in Illinois:(
I use to live in Brownville Texas, I like the weather. It's dry heat.i will say though, one thing that i miss form being in texas was McDonalds Hot N Spicy McChickens. they were amazing.

I would be lost in Miami...Don't speak Spanish. Las Vegas is a hellhole so I would go with either Anaheim or San Diego.I like Miami midtown and south beach, but living downtown I hate the traffic. Everyone just came from cuba and you know they don't have car insurance...

Just stay in the white people sections. The Cubans have to cater to the whites in mid-town/South beach somewhat.
Everywhere else I recommend knowing at least hola, como esta, bien e tu? etc..

i liked the weather in texas, but i did miss not having any real snow when i was younger. once we got what we called "snice" a mixture of ice and snow. didnt make great snowballs and such.
now here in illinois, we get snow(not last year though, had a mild winter.) but now since im older and need to drive around, i really dont like the snow:P

in my experience from visiting and living in florida, and stories from my sister who lives in florida,
no one seems to know how to drive in florida. they crazy drivers.
San Antonio, Texas. I just love the feel of the city and the history down there.

i visited the Alamo a couple times when i lived there.
was pretty awesome.
Oh. I prefer Florida overall. Great weather 90+, palm trees, beach scenery, and all the major cities are 2-3 hours apart. Orlando, Miami, Tampa etc..FightingfanYour lucky i dont like you...

I like San Francisco, CA alot. It has a really cool vibe. It's a little bit too busy for me though.
Some of the best places to live are probably located in Southern California. There is no better weather and that's not even up for debate LOL.

Well, you're definitely right about how it's very liberal and expensive for living. I've seen gay pride parades there several times, tons of hippies hanging out downtown, and the apartments there are horribly expensive. Even though it's expensive, that it's very liberal makes me want to live there. Kind of like why I like Berkeley so much.

I'm glad you found your niche then.
Minot, North Dakota. Easily.
Low taxes. low cost of living, freedom from government intrusion. Basically everything I want in a place to live.
I was born and raised in New York City, and I've only been to one other state - Virginia, during the summer of my twelfth year of life. Virginia was hot - really hot, and it was much more serene and quiet than New York City, which I liked. I guess I'd have to say that I like Virginia more than NYC; I could see myself living there. In case you're wondering, I don't remember exactly what part of Virginia it was that I visited.
