I would not recommend testosterone. When you stop taking it, testosterone levels will drop greatly and you will begin to develop female secondary sexual characteristics.unholymight
Tribex is a natrual compound, it works with your body to increase your testosterone levels the natrual way. So if you come of it your testosterone level will be as it was before taking Tribex.

Ok great, thats actually not what I expected. I expected some scrawny teenager trying to gain muscle by relying on the Test booster alone. Although your body is definately more mature, IMO, I still wouldn't touch Test boosters. I'm sure you already know this, but supplements alone will not provide great gains in term of muscle growth. A calorie surplus nutritional plan, strict training regiment, and CONSISTENCY, CONSISTENCY, CONSISTENCY, is the main focus for muscle gain. Until these prerequistes have been met, I would not advise using any supplements because more likely then not, you will have great gains alone from great nutrition and consistent training plan. If you really insist on using supplements, such as, the aforementioned creatine Denny pointed out; use it only after you hit a plateau to break it.
Of course, this is only my opinion, and you can make use of it whichever way you wish. Good luck in your future endeavors towards gaining muscle mass. Just remember to, EAT, LIFT, SLEEP, and GROW!!!
I've always been into working out, not to look good but for football, getting bigger and stronger. So I don't know if this will help your topic...
I took Creatine and a Meal Replacement shake with protein. A good diet will help you more in the long run, eat more eggs, chicken, fish, beef, whatever. Also, I always made sure I kept a bottle of water around. If you start taking Creatine it will dry you out something fierce, also along those lines building muscle takes more water from your cells than just sitting (minus the sweating of course) so for greatest gains stay hydrated! In an offseason work out routine (when I played in college) I could usually gain around 15-20 pounds of mass, without seeing my body fat % go up to much.
Good luck and remember don't worry to much about how you look, if you work hard, watch what you eat everything will fix itself. Don't do anything drastic, and my recommendation is to stop anything that messes with the amount of test in your body. I know from personal experience through a friend who took anoroids, he now has to take test replacement drugs, because his body cannot natually regulate the levels of his test anymore.

Thanks alot for your info. All the things you said are pretty common for anyone to follow and see results. I will make my best effort to maintain this program.
Single best supplement? Protein Powder.
There's really no need for a testosterone booster unless you're getting into your 30s or you have some other condition. Although ZMA is pretty decent since along with hormone production it's good for sleep and just overall multi-mineral supplement.
