Thanks in advance!

I herd greasy food and milk helps cool down a hangover...
If you LITERALY got hit by a train, erm, doctor?
I have heard so many theories on why people get them (dehydrated, lost minerals/vitamins, withdrawals) that it is hard to recommend anything... I wonder why some people get them a lot...even heavy drinkers...yet some people never get them (me)rawsavonOne of the things is the quality of the alcohol. More expensive vodka, for instance, has more filtration....which removes the impurities that cause hangovers. I never got hangovers when I switched to the good vodka and I wasn't drinking any less nor drinking any water.

I have not really ever noticed a difference (personally) -some bars it is all no name crap (liquor) and cheap beer -some bars is nicer stuff Maybe I am just lucky It would be nice to see some hard, scientific evidence as to what causes a hangover[QUOTE="rawsavon"]I have heard so many theories on why people get them (dehydrated, lost minerals/vitamins, withdrawals) that it is hard to recommend anything... Anyway, I asked for my alcohol by brand. Otherwise, you get the nasty alcohol.[QUOTE="rawsavon"]I have heard so many theories on why people get them (dehydrated, lost minerals/vitamins, withdrawals) that it is hard to recommend anything...
