I have a college degree / full-time job etc.Too an outsider, although an avid gamer, it seems difficult to get your foot in thedoor. I always see TV ads to take classes but those seemcheesy. I would love to learn about animation, photo-capturing, just the whole process. But is it even possible for someone in my situation to begin to learn about video game development part-time?

Would I even understand C++? I suppose I could always just stick with LBP or LBP2 :)

Dude, there are courses that do that. There are some pretty good experienced guys who give lectures in evenings and let you do practical hands on work and all that.

Become a game tester, and then once inside the company, since you have a degree, look for job postings, and then when a programming position becomes available , apply. That is the easiest way.

Lol what can I say in regards to that post other than to explain to all my co-workers why I suddenly burst out into laughter.

You'd probably have to take some programming / graphic design classes.
