I like the Circuit City more, they may have less to choose from compared to the large Best Buy that's nearby but i don't get bothered by the overly aggressive helpers they have roaming around all over.

I go to Best Buy since it's next to the mall and the movie theatre. Circuit City is fine, but it's like 15 minutes further away.

Best Buy. It always feels kind of like walking into Disneyland, who knows, just because of all the electronics noises and everything.

I get that same feeling  When I walk into CC it's just like walking into a boring ole Walmart, but when I first walk into BB my eyes brighten up and I see a magical world of ponys and rainbows! Ahhh BestBuy!

BestBuy, don't have the real Circuit City here, we have "The Source" which is owned by Circuit City which bought out all the Radio Shack locations in Canada.

Yeah! It's like you're reading my mind. It's hard to explain but I'm surprised you did it. Or just the kid in a candy store feel.

They're really pretty much the same stores. I think the thing that's getting to people is that Best Buy is blue and Circuit City is red, and I guess the blueness gives them the illusion that it's a much better place, when it's really not. The only problem Circuit City seems to have is how lots of the example merchandise is all broken (the Ps3 had a piece of paper saying "out of order", the racing wheel that went with Forza 2 was all broken..etc.)

:o Nooo! I can feel it happening!

Nonetheless, Best Buy is a good store, and Circuit City is total crap.

I think red is actually a more attracting color. We touched on that a bit in marketing.

Best Buy, i like the atmosphere more, other than that there doesn't seem like much of a difference, depends on what you buy i guess. I did hear somewhere that Circuit City is being bought out, maybe its just the one by me.

at best buy the employees will come up and ask you if you need any help or any thing while at circit city you have to roam around the store trying to find someone to help you.

I pick Fry's Eletronics, because they have the same deals as Circuit City (most of the time), and I can use my brother's discount.

Best Buy. The only sign of CC we have here is "The Source by CC" which is just random tech parts, clocks, computers, and some cheapy (yet sometimes good) games.

Fry's Electronics poops on both of them, because of their stupid every day sales. =P

But since there are hardly any Fry's in the area, it's gotta be Best Buy because it's really big, and it feels more high tech.

When I lived in Denver, it was CompUSA. There was a Best Buy across the street, but I always went to CompUSA. Here, in Seattle, I go to BB, because Circuit City is too far away.

I hate both. Both overprice when things are not on sale. Also, I hate the sale people. They piss me off all to hell, they ask you every question in the book and wont leave you alone if you just want to browse. And when you do ask them a question, they are usually wrong!

Yeah, hardware is the worst to buy retail...I would, but it would cost you like 4000 dollars to get a rig together at bestbuy or circuit city.

I spend more time avoiding them then i do looking, once i let them catch me to see how many times it would happen and it was eleven times in the twenty minutes i was in there, a few of them even came up to me twice.
