Best/Favorite Modern rock songs/bands ?

I like Muse, Queens of the Stone Age, Three Days Grace, Seether, and THe Hush Sound(although i'm not sure they're considered rock)

I used to enjoy Tool and NIN in my more liberal years. Although, in my opinion both have gone downhill. Who knew Trent Reznor's best album would describe his career :lol:

Heh, well usually, The Downward Spiral is considered to be his best going by the critics anyway. But I'm just giving him a hard time, least he's still in the biz.

Sonic Youth, My Bloody Valentine, Porcupine Tree, Radiohead, The Flaming Lips, Yo La Tengo.

Yea getting newer album, it's not bad a lot like nu metal which is what I listen to for rock (95% of, at least).

Radiohead...Favourite song would have to be Paranoid Android...Or The National Anthem...Or Dollars & Cents...****, I can't decide...D:

And Sam Roberts...I absolutely love Mind Flood...:D

Hearing their band name I figured they were just another emo band, but AMG said their later album had a more metal sound which I am finding true.

Agree slightly.

Well at the moment i am (shamefully) listening to slipknots latest album. Im (surprisingly) enjoying it, but perhaps only because its a breath of fresh air from all the grindcore music ive been listening to.

Anyone know are Napalm Death any good? and if they are whats their "best" album?
