I'd agree if he was putting his name on men's fragrances, but I'm pretty sure he's only been doing women's. If I'm mistaken, I'll agree with you and say yes, Bieber polish is the stranger one.

Yessir, just as with anything else. OPI doesn't chip as easily, comes in a wide range of rich colors and has a nice finish with easy application/coverage. They're generally of good quality.

You know, I've never really cared for OPI. Their color selection is totally lacking compared to China Glaze and Zoya, and it chips on me after two days no matter how good of a base and top coat I use. Even the drug store Milani lasts much longer for me. I like it, although China Glaze is good too. I've never been a big fan of Milani, and I've never tried Zoya.
