Tell him, the same sort of situation happened to me, only i wwanted to give in so bad but i didnt, which was fine but i never told him and she made it look like i did, and me and him stopped talking for like 8 months, and were like brothers so thats a long as time and was painful as hell and even though we made up now its not the same anymore, so just be truthful man this is a case where honesty is definately the best policy and sex is definately not worth it.
You knew your boy since 4th grade, then the rule should be simple:  Bros befores hos. Granted, he cheated on her, but how does that justify you tapping her? And who's to say that if you do go through with this, she won't dime you out to him if she feels guilty afterwards? You don't need to catch an @$$ whupping over that, especially if he's  training for the UFC. If you can't tell him that she's hitting on you, let him know that something's not right between the both of them. And stay away from her. The beating you prevent WILL be your own.
yah i think i figured it out....the reason y she wanted me to come over today is cause she broke up with my friend probably the day before.....dam.....
bros before ______... Just ignore it man, may be hard to expecially if shes an attractive girl but bros come first and if he is really your friend and has been for such along amount of time dont mess with his girl whether he cheated or not. She may be trying to make him jealous also fyi.
I think the official man rule is "you have to ask your friend for permission to date his ex, and he has to grant that permission", I think the same rule applies for sisters and moms.
One thing to help your buddy is get him a new GF, cause he's probably gotten to the point where he's use to having a girl around and now there's a void. If he doesn't pick up a new chick then he's likely to want to rekindle interest with his ex.
Uh she sounds like a slut..all up in your person like that...and especially after she just broke up with your friend. On the rebound maybe? I'm not sure. Anyways like other posters have said don't give in and don't do this. She could turn and twist this anyway she wants if you do sleep with her...and there goes a very good friendship. In closing I'll say this "Sex lasts but a moment. Friendships (can) last forever". Think about it.

~-~Just don't. I can tell by the way you're typing that you just want to screw her. It's not worth ruining a friendship no matter how much he deserves it. The only reason you would take a friend's gf/ex-gf is if you really think you would have a real relationship with her. Like you've talked with her a lot and really feel on the same page with her. Because IMO, life long relationships are more important than any friendship. See, I admit, if I really liked my friends gf and she really liked me I'd ask her out. So trust me when I say don't do it.
