A sprained ankle. It's pretty ridiculous, considering how I've been run over not once, but twice (the first time the car hit and threw me away, and the second time the front tire on the left actually went over my stomach), and bruises/bleeding aside, I had no broken bones or internal injuries.
Got a sprained ankle twice:
1.) Playing tennis. Jumped to catch a ball, missed my footing on the way back.
2.) Slipped on black ice.

Nearly split my head open when I was 7 yrs old. Some dumb ass pushed me in the bathroom stalls and I slipped and nearly cut my head open when I hit the edge of one of the doors to the stalls. It broke through the skin, and cracked my skull. I was out for like 5min, and when I woke I was completely soaked in blood. I couldn't see cuz my glasses where covered in blood. All the kids were running and screaming as if I was a zombie.

Tell me about it. That was when I was a child -- when I told a few of my high school friends about it, they didn't believe me and started calling me, mockingly, 'Hulk' on occasion.
I'm still sporting my worst injury, 4 years ago I had a corrosive acid spill onto my hand causing nerve damage. What REALLY sucks is trying to turn the pages of a book, trying to pick small things up off of flat surfaces and open things like chocolate bars or bags of chips because I lost the feeling in all the finger tips of my right hand. Sure I could just use my left hand to do most things but 23 years of being right handed I can't just start using my left because it just feels awkward.
I have a tendency to get my head split. Once when I was 5 my older brother threw a large rock in the air and it hit me. Again when I was about 13 my friend threw a chunk of cinderblock in the air and said heads up, I wasn't paying attention and looked up, I know dumb move. Then again at 17 I got into a fight drunk and a punch caught me off guard and swept me off my feet and my head met the concrete. If I ever shave my head/go bald I will have some storys to tell. Thankfully I have avoided any further head injuries. Never broke a bone im my life though. *crosses fingers*

Back when I was working for McDonald's (I was an overnight maintenance worker) they would have me clean some equipment using acid to get all of the crap off it, so one night they send me to another McDonalds and they didnt have gloves in good enough condition to work in so I had to work with my bare hands and unfortunately for me that had to be the night I grab the ONE acid pack in the entire store that was leaking (I didn't know until it was too late). Weird thing is is that it didn't burn right away it just gradually burned away at my hand over time until a week or so later when it finally stopped doing its dirty work. McDonalds was fined BIG TIME because of that just to let anybody reading this know.

Damn that sucks man. I had a buddy who worked maintenance at McDonald's, I never knew the dangers involved lol. Would of given him more credit when he complained.
I've had MANY bad injuries, but the worst I'd say was when I was helping my cousin's reshigle my grandparents roof 5 or 6 years ago after their house caught fire. I fell off the roof, broke my arm in 3 places, and had a nail go through my tibia. (I landed on one of the old shingles, so it was rusty as all hell). All I remember was the sharpest pain I've ever felt in my life, I passed out less than a second after hitting the ground, and I woke up hours later in a hospital bed with a metal bracket on my arm and a dull, throbbing pain originating from where the nail went through. My arm was in the bracket for almost half a year because this wasn't the first time I had broken that arm, and after they took the bracket out I still had to kep my arm in a sling for another month so the bone could heal completely.
