oh no...its a good idea...unless the mosquitos gave the recipients multiple dosages...i dont think he thought it through that much....Anyway as to the thread at hand,thats why people in power surround themselves in *advisors* because they are stupid when it comes to most circumstances.

Bill Gates isn't stupid, he may be a **** wit, but he isn't stupid. The whole board of Microsoft is a bunch of money grabbing jackals. They tell producers not to include content so they can release it later as a DLC.
Bill Gates isn't stupid. He's very business savvy. He and a partner had a creative idea and some money to back them...so Gates dropped out of college and with others to help him, changed the face of accessible computer technology as we know it today. The Bill Gate's Foundation also happens to donate A LOT of money to the educational system.

1 million dollars can be conisdered a pile of cash to me....his networth is 50 billion dollar sure u could give 75 percent of his money to charity, thats still a sh!tload of cash
