How much did you weigh when you were born?
I weighed 1 pound 6 ounces. So I was a preemie. I was supposed to be born in March but was born in November so during that time I was in the hospital until March. I had a lot of problems.

I was the same, I was 1 pound as well. Nearly died, I wasn't finished developing and came out without a mouth so I have this huge scar on my neck where I was fed by tube. Stayed in an incubator for months. I was born in nov and was going to be in janurary. I'm fine though, no major defects or anything. How much did you weigh when you were born?

I feel bad for all the 1 pound babies... mostly cause I think I got all their weight...
13 pounds... I was 13 pounds...:?
I consider myself lucky. There are babies born lighter than that and have debilitating mental defects.I feel bad for all the 1 pound babies... mostly cause I think I got all their weight...

2 pounds and something, born a month early :/ I'm lucky too though, I was born with yellow fever or something and could have ended up autistic if I hadn't received the blood transfer that I did.RoushrshDo you mean jaundice? It's very common in babies and nothing terrible nowadays.

Lots of premies have issues with oxygen, and can get brain damages that range from mild to severe (autistic tendencies to vegetable state). My sister's a midwife, so I know a bit
All my doctors tell me their glad I don't remember the stuff I went through when I was born. I'm not scared of needles probably because all of the tubes, etc that were in me. I was told I was going to be blind, crippled, deaf, etc. Only bad thing I have is my vision I have to wear glasses or contact lenses.
