Black Boy Killed Without Reason: Racism?

If you watch this video, you'll learn of a story in which a Black teen is shot and killed in Florida. Why? He was walking in a gated-community, on his way to visit his Father and step-mother, both of whom live in the gated-community. A White man by the name of George Zimmerman saw the Black teen walking through the community and called the police because he thought the kid looked suspicious. :roll: What did George do next? He shot the teen and killed him. The kid had no weapons on him and wasn't doing anything other than walking to his father's home. What do you think? I personally think that it's straight up racism. Period.

You know, I'm extremely disturbed by the lack of empathy in this thread. An innocent, unarmed Human being was killed simply for "looking suspicious" and no-one here has said anything against it. Instead, there have been posts which attempt to mitigate the severity of the situation, by mentioning cases of racism in which the roles of the perpetrator-race and victim-race are reversed. This is absolutely despicable. I guess that you guys only care if the victim is like yourself. I bet if this was a case about a White kid killed by a Black guy, you guys would be up in arms. Shame on all of you. You're all probably closet-racists.

Now that I think about it, no matter how hard I try I can't remember ever seeing an asian committing a crime. In fact the only time I've heard of asians involved in illegal activities are black market workers who don't have a choice and overpopulation of households.
