Black panthers in the woods

Should I be scared to walk in the woods? A couple years back I seen a big black panther about the size of a rottweiler at the edge of the woods. It might have escaped from a zoo or something. I hear the sounds of that thing sometimes at night, it sounds like a woman screaming. Almost everybody around here believes in black panther big cats. I think they look cool. I live in oklahoma in a rural town.

Don't be scared, you should capture it and tame it, teach it to do tricks and then make a lot of money off of it.
