Blake for American Idol

Melinda should win. Who cares if she isn't competing any more? She was the best singer by far. Who cares if she's older and not very attractive? She sang like a pro, which is definitely more than you can say about Blake. And it is, after all, a singing competition!Mumbles527

She doesn't have much of a personality, she isn't a beautiful teenager, and she has no neck. Did you really expect her to win? American Idol really isn't about the singing.

Really?  I was shocked he lasted until the Top 6.  He's not a teenager, Lord knows how he made it.

But look at Taylor Hicks, he won American Idol, and how old is he? He even beat Katherine McPhee, beautiful, younger and more marketable. I honestly thought Phil had a chance of winning.

Athough i think Jordan was better, Blake is going to win because all the white people want a white person to win.helium_flash

It's because many people didn't like the way she looked, or acted... and wasn't making as much of a buzz on the net than Jordan or Blake was. I think she knew this, and accepted that she was probably going home. I really like Melinda as well though. :)

Okay I stand corrected, Phil was neither a teenager or a jack***.

Blake should have taken second, Jordin third, Phil fourth, Lakisha fifth, and Chris sixth (even though I hated him)
