just wondering [QUOTE="OllieTheDogBoy"]Yes, I do have it. Why?
gamefree2
Yep,I have it and are fullly fluent in the blender language
Why do you want to make a project ?
no i dont want to make a project but that would be cool what do you think? maybe eventuallyI don't think there are free versions of those. Am I wrong? When I was into 3D design, modelling and animation I always used 3DS Max, but I switched over to Maya for a short while and found it to be okay as well. 3DS has the best interface and the most powerful I've tried so far.

Not really no but it's not impossible to exploit the 30-day free system. Upwards of $5000 is not really reasonable for personal, non-commercial use. Besides, the away I got introduced to it was by installing an old version of 3DS Max from the 90s (I believe 4, which my father had lying around). I'm sorry if Gamespot views talking about this as against the rules or anything.
[QUOTE="CHEATSman115"]Blender sucks. I'd never torment my PC by placing it within one of its storage devices. say what you say but that opinion does not count on this thread :).who here has the anamation and rendering software of Blender?

Maybe I'm just really jaded by it all, but Blender is the easy button in terms of modeling, animating, rendering, etc. There is almost no learning curve because there's not much learning to be had. Use Maya, Softimage XSI, 3DS Max.....those are programs that can actually do something useful. Blender is like...I was going to compare it to The Gimp(photo editing software) but that would be a disservice to The Gimp, because that program is actually useful. It's the Photoshop Elements of 3D software, and I'm being generous here.who here has the anamation and rendering software of Blender?

Personally, when I want to dive back into 3D animation(what I took in post-secondary) I jump back into Softimage. It's the easiest big CG production software to learn, and it's exceptionally powerful.

I don't quite understand, I've seen lots of good art from Blender?

Who are you to say what opinions are valid or not? right let me reprase that - insufficient ( not spelled right) posts dictating the reason of the thread, wich is who has blender not what you think of Blender, will be not put in to consideration.

See, now you make me feel inferior (even more so) when it comes to making CG. :P See, I don't know a squat thing about how to even begin to model or move CG. Tried and failed. Much like my art talent. ;_; Oh, and yes, I have Blender, TC, I just don't use it since I...well...you heard me. lol Which sucks, because I'd love to have some of my original characters do some awesome things. Someday. Someday. lolPlease Log In to post.
