I think a would still be able to tell my family/friends my final wish.. Because even if I'm deaf and blind, I would still remember how to speak..

Most of the time, mutes can talk, and second, if you are born deaf, even by somemiracle if you trained yourself to speak, it would be so slurred and jagged (I hate that word, so ill use it) that no one would understand uou.
