ever realise that when a white person does something to a black person (or visca versa) it always cnsidered a hate crime! even though they did it regardless to colur or/and backround. Sorry if I somehow offended anyone by this.
By the government, schools, by lots of people. In school if a person beats up someone of a different race the suspension is longer, if they dont get expelled that is.
