Pretty much i only buy blu rays though i will wait a long time for some movies on BD to drop to maybe 12-10 dollars. Also i usually only get special effects heavy movies on BD. I still watch DVD's but only the older movies that i dont have the BD rom for but not very often.

I still have never watched a movie in hi-def. DVD's are standard for me. I remember being so amazed in '02 when I first watched a DVD after using VHS all my life. I'm nearly legally blind without corrective lenses, so I guess it doesn't really matter much to me.
As i find blu rays on sale I replace some of my dvds, hwoever it is still mixed witch type of disc I am going to watch. However, it is always played on my new 3D blu ray player ever since my ps3 died
As I don't have a Blu-Ray player, I don't have any Blu-Ray movies. I had opted originally to go with HD DVD and lost. Such as life, I hate giving money to Sony or support their products.
I watch most of my movies on either DVD player I own (one is a DVD Recorder) or the HD DVD player and on that they still look amazing.
I have a PS3 for Blu-ray/DVD's but mostly I just stream everything to the Apple TV. I'll either use the digital download or rip the media and stream it.
