Alright it looks like we have a thread discussing the Walking Dead. So I know its near two months since BoardWalk premiered and we are half way through the first Season, I think we should have a discussion thread about this brilliant and wonderful series. We talk about our theories, and what we look forward to see in the next episode.

A few things I think that are interesting about tommorrow nights episode as well as that it seems Nucky is going to need Jimmy and why he would go back to Jimmy after exiling him. Also the tensions between Lucy and Margaret are building up and I donot things will end well on that front. The thing that is also obviosu is that Nuckys camp is on a head long collision course with Rothsteins camp back in New York, and I think thats going to end in a rather bloody event. What do you guys think?

I really like the show but I'm a little disappointed with the like of killing on the show. I was hoping for a 1920s Sopranos.

I think its a less agressive show then the Sopranos. To me it reminds of a long form version of Scorcese style of story telling as opposed to do what the Sopranos did. I say that because when violence is portrayed Scorcese style its quite shattering and its just to the point. Now I know Scorcese only directed the first episode, he is still involved in the series and his obvious influence can be seen in the series.

It's been great so far. Numerous great dialogue driven sequences and the characters and their plotlines are being set-up greatly.

Yeah and I am curious to see how the Nucky against Rothstein storyline is going to end. They have in some regards stayed true to history and killing characters off properly, but I wonder with Rothstein if they will change history a little bit. The Real Rothstein was murdered in 1928, but considering this is 1920 and Nucky and Rothstein are on a collision course this could change!
