I'm a fan of Sci-Fi, and Dean Koontz type books.

I'm currently reading Ally by Karen Traviss, and my top three books of all time are:

1)The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkein. (Originally one giant book apparently.)

2) Battlefield Earth by L. Ron. Hubbard.

3) Absolution Gap by Alastair Reynolds.

Another Star Wars fan:D!! Just to let you know, in order to write a SW book you have to have some pretty good credentials.

For example; written a script for a blockbuster movie, written a New York Times #1 best seller, etc.

I'm just getting into books again (I gave up TV for Lent, I have to find something to do at night). I've almost finished Homeland by John Jakes. It's a remarkable novel. :)

I like books with twisted realities. I am currently reading 1984 and i am only a couple of pages from the end. I also like Anthem by Ayn Rand and World War Z is a good book as well.

I am also reading one called "A Foreign Policy of Freedom, Peace, commerce, and Honest Friendship" written by Ron Paul. It is a real Eye Opener.

I read an awful lot now. Fantasy, memorirs and some fictions.

The Book Thief was my latest read, loved it. Before that, The Amber Spyglass, probably one of the best books I've ever read. Got any suggestions? I need a new book.

Finished The Silmarillion by Tolkien a few weeks ago, in the middle of The Children of Hurin by same author...I love to read. I used to read a whole lot more than I do now, but I still love reading good literature. And I just bought six more books a week and a bit ago...I really ought to stop buying so many books, I've got that many to read now I don't think I'll ever catch up, lol.

You ought to give the books a try, they're much better than the movies...and most times movies based off of books are inaccurate (a good example of this is the movie Eragon).

My favorite is Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky, closely followed by A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens.
