Boxer-briefs. They look great and they support fantastically. I hate when my johnson is just dangling about willy-nilly. Plus my ass looks great in Boxer-briefs.
Boxers are boyish, Boxer-briefs, real mens underwear.
Briefs and boxer-briefs strangle me. Plus, those seams on the butt make my ass sore when I set on them long enough. No seams in the ass of boxers, and plenty of room to swing about.

I alternate between boxers and briefs depending on what I'm wearing on top. Boxers are (obviously) far more comfortable and freeing, but they also are a lot bulkier and don't fit as well under dress pants or cycling shorts or similar things. Sweat also has a free path directly from your crotch down your legs with boxers, which makes them less than suitable for most exercise. Briefs cover those (few) occasions. Boxer-briefs have no purpose. They aren't as comfortable as boxers and not as compact and supportive as briefs. They also hug your thighs in an incredibly disturbing way and feel like you're wearing the tube top equivalent of a genital wrap.
