Boy gets box full of rocks for B-day insteed of ds

Im sorry how do you not realize that a box is filled with rocks when you first buy it and you hear rattling. clearly this lady got two ds's for the prize of one. I wonder If I bought another ps3 or 360 filled the box and returned it if they would believe me.
