Your brain has ben cut in half along with the brain of another person. Your left half is put with the rigth half of the other person, and your right half with the left half of the other person. The brains are then place your body and the other person's body. Which body would you be consiously alive in? None. your body, his body, both? Please pretend the technology is advanced enough to make this possible. This is a questions more about what makes us consious and alive rather than is it possible.

While you can function with only half a brain putting the other brian in your body would provide no function and would probably be attacked by the body as foreign invader. The swelling caused from that would probably squish the functioning brain and result in death.

Actually I'd say you wouldn't be concious at all, I'd say you'd be brain dead.

Wha! House is teh **** Is this a question about "who you are" or just how are you alive? I think if you had the part of your brain missing that stores memories/experiences etc, but had someone elses, obviously you'd be a very different person, but maybe still have some old elements of yourself in the original half of the brain you still have... maybe? It's really hard to answer without being some kind of brain expert I think.
