Good old Microsoft, buying their way into a bigger share of the market. Well if they do go ahead with this, Google is going to have a juggernaught to compete with.

I wonder how the Church of Google is going to take that. Another war fought in the name of religion?

I always feel as though Microsoft are trying to compete at everything and never succeed or have a chance. They're becoming a bore.

Microsoft are always in there for the long game. They're prepared to take losses in that area just to get their foot in the door. And yet they can still make a hefty profit thanks to the juggernaughts which are Windows and Office.

Exactly. They just shove their way into everything and throw money at it. They're a bunch of... of... cheaters. >_>

Personally, I hope they don't. I used to use hotmail before it was microsoft... then I went to Yahoo! mail back in like 1999 or 2000 and never went back.
