Are you tired, stressed, and do you get enough sleep?ferrari2001
those could be the problem. maybe you should go to a doctor? or just get some rest? and try checking your pulse. find the spot on your neck where you feel your heartbeat and count how many times you feel a beat in a minute. i think the normal pulse rate is like around 65-70 beats per minute.
i couldn't breathe that well and i had a pulse of 105 when i had too many energy drinks one time and my chest was killing me but after i went to sleep and woke up, i felt better. so yeah.. lol have you had too many energy drinks or something lately?

I checked my pulse, 90 beats per minute. That's within the target heart rate for my age group.1. No2. No

If you feel like you're not getting enough air, then that's a sign that there's too much carbon dioxide in your blood. Breathe deeply and slowly, through your nose, and do not take rapid, shallow breaths. Take walks, but do not physically exert yourself. Do not hang around places full of smoke, and do not go around smokers. No caffeine.
Most importantly, see a doctor, even if you don't think it's anything.
Anxiety.
When I get stressed, depressed, or nervous I have to take deep breaths. I don't have anxiety or panic attacks, I don't spaz out or anything of the sort. I just feel like I'm not getting enough air and have to take deeper breaths every 5 to 10 minutes.
I'm not talking about anxiety that requires medication either. It's just the way your body (or our bodies, since not everyone reacts this way) reacts. It started when I was a teenager. When I do it most people think I'm sighing or something.

You have actually helped me out a bit too. I am going through this also right now. It's happened to me before. I think it's something that can be fixed by staying in shape and fixing your sleeping habits. I am trying to do that right now. I believe it will help greatly.

Somatization Disorder requires evidence of symptoms before the age of 30, and physical pain in at least four parts of his body. He's still 14, and has never had this before. Most likely it's from his body changing due to puberty, but he should still see a doctor.
