Tony Jaa should definitely be an option, from the Protector, the guy does 8 hours of gymnastics and muay thai training a day...Replace the Old Man from Kill Bill with Tony Jaa.
Anyway, Chow Yun Fat would should them all in the face and be down with it. 8)
