cool. thinner and lighter FTW. Shooting someone that close with a gun with bullet proof vest on usually can leave dude on the ground due to the force. Now IDK how strong that bullet is though as there is different types of ammo.
Seems like clothing with concealed body armor, one could just buy a single item of body armor to wear under their shirts and coats, I'd go with a Dragon Skin vest if I could, I've heard better than what they supply the military with. If I wanted something for the day social order breaks down I'd go for something like the North Hollywood shootout perpetrators had, basically just stitched together body suits of multiple layers of kevlar that protected their whole entire body, they ended up making it themselves.
