What are you views?I bourgth some from myprotein.com and they arrived this moring but I was ofcourse asleep and my mother sighned for the package. The package made a funny noise when she shaked it and now shes taken them off of me, I think shes going to sell then to the students at her college where she works

Yeah, I think green tea has like 2/3 the caffeine of black tea which has like 2/3 the caffeine of coffee, give or take?

They're fine but if you're eating and sleeping properly they really shouldn't be necessary.

I've used them before but only in university when I was cramming last minute or finishing papers. There's nothing quite like writing a final with your eyes propped open with caffeine pills.

Actually, while I wouldn't recommend staying up all night and popping some, taking caffeine before you write tests is most certainly not a bad thing. It's the quickest and most legal way of sharpening up your mind.
