If there's enough proof, yes. But you'd still have all of those pro-black people groups that will start some controversy and complain about the charge. It's a double standard and it's awful.

I'm pretty sure that there was a hate murder in Glasgow where some men killed a white guy and they got convicted for that of course. I can't find a source but I think it happened within the last year.

Some men would likely not report abuse either. Not because they enjoy it, but rather because it's considered embarrasing/unmanly to get beaten/raped by a woman. :S

As I've heard it; the best way to teach a person to be a criminal is to put them in jail.
Yes.. but they dont call it a hate crime they call it murder.. but when its the other way around (white killing black) then alot of people would call it a hate crime.
Back when I was in junior school prob when I was 8 or so. A black girl called me whitesugar and not being as wise as I am now called her choclate back. The dinner lady overheard all this. And I was dragged away.
My mum was called and she was brought into school and(I wasn't in this meating) they explained the seriousness of what I has said and said they would have to consider suspension. To which my mum replied fair enough and what are you doing about the girl. They seemed a bit confused to what she meant do about her. She used a racist insult on my son so I would expect her to recieve the same punishment.
So in the end nothing happened to me because my mum exposed the double standards at my school.

that whole thing annoys me. wrong as it was whites didnt start the whole black slavery thing. They were sold out by their own. I understand it was terrible but it shouldnt be used for every excuse anymore, because frankly ive heard it used in situations its not even valid for.

Yup. Jailtime. An egregious amount of time where similar acts barely garner a fraction of those years? That's overkill.
