can an adaptor pacaged with a 4G ipod work on the new classic and ipod touch?

i have an old AC adapter from my ipod photo and i was wondering if itll work the ipod touch or classic cause i dont wanna get the new adapter

Hmmmm, I assume so. The USB adapter is the same for both.

yes, they work will all models if ipod if im not mistaken, not too sure about the first and second gen ipods though..

Probably not since they didn't even have dock connectors.... Anything 3G-classic or later should work though.
