10min-ish, if you could consider that running, I'd probably end up walking after a minute

I used to run in highschool and back then my record, which was also the school record stood for more than 5 years.....5:05
the guy who beat the record did it in 5:00 or something so far nobody has done it in under 4 minutes, I wanst the fastest runner in my class but this was an endurance test ............
When I get on a treadmill at the gym it takes me about8 minutes because I spend like 3 minutes warming up and then I gradualy increase the speed every minute but I think I could still run a mile in about 6 minutes.

I can jog what I think is about 2 miles in 40 minutes (repeated stopping along the way to take a breather :lol: ) How far is a mile, 4 times around a standard track?
I think anyone could run it if they had to (except obese people)... just they risk snapping a tendon, and would be very sore for several days.
