ok i was wieght lifting. i was doing the biceps. i was doing 40 pounds. then i did 45 pounds. when did that my lower head ( the back neck) started to hurt. i mean it dint hurt like hell, it just gave a sharp pain. only for a few seconds then the pain went low but i still feel it. what do u think happened? i mean was it disconfort or just my nerves got streched to far? well i no it dint break cuz i would be dead or possibly in the hospital. but i still feel a low pain in my back neck. well wish me luck cuz i made an appointment with the doc tommoro. and hopefully i can continue my wieght lifting. well tell me ur opinion and i will see you after i get this half naked fat man outta my damn lawn. cya =/
