Buy a Zune. People will tell you iPods are a lot "cooler" but if you're looking for a good MP3 player, the Zune has everything the iPod has plus more.

I agree. I was playing around with a zune at Target the other day, those things are sweet.

I recently got that new portable Sirius Radio receiver and I cannot stop using it. It is so much better than my 30GB iPod Video, which I am probably going to sell now.

The ipods are good except for random problems they get every once in a while that are almost impossible to fix. Like, every once in a while I'll have a song that won't play, for no reason at all. And they break pretty easily, but just about any small electronic device breaks easily. The Zunes are supposed to be good, but they're just so ugly, I wouldn't get one. Why couldn't MS have just made them sleek and hi-tech like ipods? They look like a brown brick.

trust me get a curtis those are just 50-70 bucks and it has around 2gb

If you're looking for a cheap MP3 player, a Gmini Archos is good. It's cheaper than an iPod, can hold a decent amount of songs, lasts quite a while, is durable, but is can only play MP3 files, nothing fancier.
