What do you guys think? Having a **** career but making good $ can it truly buy you happiness? Or having no friends but being inherited with millions. Opinions?
Money can definitely buy happiness. All the people saying "no it cant" are just idealists. With money you can do the things that make you happy! And for all you people saying "money cant buy you luv" maybe you are correct and maybe you are not, but thats irrelavent because love is not a requirement of happiness. There are many single people out there who are happy. Plus even if it cant buy luv (not saying that it cant) it can buy the illusion of luv and for alot of hedonists, thats more than enough. So say wat u will, but i know that if sumone gave me 100million dollars right now, i would be one happy s.o.b.!
Yes I think it can, I would be able to buy whatever I want and have lot's of fun and happiness. Just look at homeless people they have no money and they aren't happy.

Love doesn't just mean a partner. It means friends and family that care about you. It's also about caring about yourself, and having self-respect and love for other people. Of course financial security is important for peace of mind but it's not how much you're making it's what you're spending it on.
If you've got no friends that'll care about you when you're down and out as much they do when you're rich then you'll never be happy. Because they love your money and affluence, not you.
Yes, for me... I'm dirt poor... I mean, i'd be happy knowing i'd never have to worry about mortgage, bills, paying for repairs and unexpected expenses etc... In that respect I beleive it can...
It can only until you realize that the woman you're with is only with you for the money (Every rich person I've seen is either really old or really ugly, Mark Zuckerberg *shudder*)
It can buy happiness for some people...myself included. I'm a materialistic capitalist. The more money I have, the more stable I feel, thus the happier I am.
Money is part of happiness. Money can buy things that can make one happy. But money can't buy you all the happiness....happy just to be one that you love...happy to be love for who you are ..not coz what you can buy or give...
