Probably not huge muscles, but I'm sure you could get definition, which in some cases can be just as attractive to females...

yeah, muscles are more noticeable on skinny people. I've always been skinny. I joined a gym for 6 months, it was a lot of hard work. I didn't enjoy one bit of it. I did look better, but as soon as I stopped the muscles went away. not that they were big anyway. You're never going to be 'beefy' you'll always just be a skinny guy with some muscles. Yes girls do like some muscles, but it's such a lot of hard work. You should probably change your diet too - eat tons of proteins, carbohydrates, good fats, you have to fight your fast metabolism by trying to slow it down. One book I read recommended adding red wine to your diet as well!

I don't know. I'm really skinny and have worked out some the past month or so. I've noticed my triceps and biceps are indeed bigger, and I'm closer to achieving my goal of getting a six pack.

Eat a lot of protein. I recommend Clif "Builder's" bars. I just ate one an hour ago. Lot of protein. Tastes freaking good.

yes you sound like me. I'm also lazy. If you wanna do what I do, get the perfect push-up and follow its instructions (they give you a guide and it tells you what to do everyday). Eat a lot of protein before and after using it, and make sure you drink a good amount of water.

Like I've said, I've gotten some results, nothing spectacular yet, but in the future I hope to be quite cut.

If you don't have $40, just do a lot of push ups and crunches (start off with a small amount and gradually do more and more everyday, NEVER workout if you are sore)

Eat a lot of lean protein. Like 5 meals a day of Baked/boiled chicken breast, broiled fish, and/or trader joe's has 96% lean ground beef, sometimes already in burger patty form with under 5 grams of fat and 3 grams of sat. fat per serving. Drink plenty of water, and try and get some amino acid builders and flak seed oil and multi-vitamins too... if you really want to get "big" that is.

Or take steroids. Don't "stack" at first, you'll hurt yourself.

A guy doesnt have to be built with massive muscles to be appealing to the opposite sex. A skinnier person with definition can be just as appaealing if not more.

It all depends on your body type. If you're a small framed and skinny body type being an ectomorph, you'll probably never have huge muscles. You'll be able to build some muscle and look ripped, but you'll probably never have those 25 inch biceps. If you're a normal body type and just overly skinny, you'd have no problem jacking on muscles.

No, you can't.

You need to gain weight while you excersize, muscle is much heavier than fat.

you cant have 25 inch biceps, and be 100 pounds.

Those guys are up in the 200's.
