Actually yes you can. Litterally eating the fattest food will make you gain muscle mass.
Was watching a documentary where this guy was tiny, just like you and he ate a bunch of junk food for the experiment over a few weeks, he was still skinny as hell though but the documentarian guy stated he did get slightly more muscly which for some reason they didn't foresee.
I'd actually say it's happened to me, I was in the 74kg range which was my natural weight at close to 6'0. I took a break from school for a year and I amassed up to 80kg by just eating and doing nothing. I did get a belly so I wouldn't jump 6kg if you don't plan on excercising though, maybe 3 or 4. The biggest change is that my shoulders look much more broad, but I'd still exercise if I had the time and money because I'm certainly not satisfied as I still have way to skinny arms and a undefined stomach.
Someone skinny like you though is going to need to eat ..... a lot more than you think though. It's incredibly likely you have a fast metabolism so if you just consume two or so somewhat fatty meals a day, you won't get anywhere very easily. Eat five times a day, get sick of that junk food, especially before bed and you'll start to see results, even if you aren't trying to be Arnold in his prime. Though once you do start to gain mass I do think you'll still not be satisfied so again, I'd excercise to compliment and change that junk food diet to a more standard workout diet.
