[QUOTE="shakedatbare"]Way to ask an incredibly complex question and then have your support for it be "it's debatable".lo_PineYou are welcome. And I am not about to write an essay for people on a video game website. Then why even ask it on a video game website? Why ask it at all when any intelligent answer is going to require a huge amount of effort on the posters part compared to what you put into asking the question?
[QUOTE="shakedatbare"]Way to ask an incredibly complex question and then have your support for it be "it's debatable".lo_PineYou are welcome. And I am not about to write an essay for people on a video game website. This is off topic. That's why you put it here, remember? Side note, why do people keep referring to this as GS? This isn't really gamespot. I don't spot any games here, and this isn't the spot for games. If anything this is GOTS or something. And with the amount of e marriages that seem to be taking pace you might as well go whole hog and refer to it as GOTSE.
How can they rule a military in the kitchen? D:MgamerBDOh man trite and unfunny misogynistic jokes are HILARIOUS HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA you're so clever.

And I am not about to write an essay for people on a video game website. hahahahaha Then what's the point of the topic? I don't know if you noticed but there is actually a poll so you don't have explain yourself. Just say yes or no and most smart people understand where you are coming from without having to explain why you chose yes or no.
They "could" but I see no need for it. I know I may get butchered for this, but I think the 21st century pushed the whole women rights thing too far.GazaAlihahahahaha

They said similar things about Golda Meir and indira ghandi.
The question raised, then, is whether you have to be freakishly assertive and unfeminine in action to become a female head of state. On the other hand, all said examples were more than 3-4 decades ago.
It's a decent topic, I think. Terrible OP, but decent topic.pie-juniorThat doesn't remove the sexism.....
it's debatable.lo_Pine
Not much of a discussion starter.:P
Margaret Thatcher, and Golda Meir.
Case closed.
I'm pretty sure she had more balls than most male leaders have.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brighton_hotel_bombing Despite that, she continued the conference next day as planned. Believe what you want about her politics, but she was a pretty strong willed person. And I know it's not active militarized in the sense that OP wants, but Angela Merkel is at the centre of this EU crisis at present. But this is ridiculous anyway, of course women can lead.[QUOTE="tenaka2"]
