For some people it just comes naturally, while others have to work on it and some people never can. Rolling r's is oviously second nature to people that learned to speak with them. I've never had a problem rolling my r's.
Don't you speak Urdu? Doesn't it have rolling Rs? I've known how to roll my Rs since I was a baby. Now the Japanese/Korean/Chinese R, that's a toughy, took me about 2 weeks.
I'm pretty good at it. That sound was the most difficult for me to learn in Japanese class lol.

Yeah it's not quite a rolling R, but more like the start of one.

Let's just say "rarararara" will sound like "lalalalalalala".
I'd been in seventh grade Spanish for a while before I stopped THINKING about making the rolling r and just kinda...did it. Now I can do it whenever the need arises. *rrrrrrrrrrrrrr!*
