Can you get charizard in a pokemon starter pack

that answers no right? He was actually really rare and only found in booster packs no? Or did that change

Yeah, it went out of print way back in the 90s, I believe... Back then you were able to obtain them in those little packs, but they don't make those anymore. So your best chance at getting one of these cards is probably on Ebay or something.

I have 8, all in mint condition.....i'm not proud.

Are the pokemons still alive, lol? I thought they've died like 5 years ago...

my cousins found a guy at a local flea market with boxes of rares and selling individual cards for a few dollars each, he had pretty much every rare in the original 3 series by the hundreds. i was told a family member of his worked at the company but i kinda doubt that

they also went to the pokemon league at the local toys r us and when they ended it they got boxes of free promo cards and stuff like that

Yeah I also have the shiny 1st edition Charizard card from way back in the day. I remember having to buy like a million booster packs to get one. It's the only card I still have because I figured it would be worth something some day. :lol:

Charizard wasnt a hard card to get for me, I have two. the one I never got was Venusaur, I always wanted that one :(
