Can you go a whole day without thinking about sex?

Keep it clean, and be honest. I think I can, but I would have to find something to keep me

mentally immersed for a fair amount of time. Lecherous thoughts are almost involuntary at times.

And to elaborate, by sex I mean anything sexual or pertaining to it, even in the slightest.

Yes, I can. I know because I have done so in the past. Although to be fair, it's sort of rare and nearly impossible if I am bored or am not extremely busy.
