Can you help diagnose me please?

My symptoms include: Nasal Congestion, Sore throat (hurts to swallow), Fever, Coughing, and like my legs and arms just feel weak and I'm always feeling tired/worn out, oh, and shortness of breath

Please don't tell me to go to webmd either, I hate that and I'm too god damn tired and aching to go there

That sounds like, um, a cold. Every single one of those symptoms are ones that are associated with your average, run-of-the-mill common cold.
