Santa Claus? The Flying Spaghetti Monster? A big Floatin Brain in space? Anything else?

And the Bible is not a proof. If someone wrote 2000 years ago that the Flying Spaghetti Monster existed, would you believe it? Nah... it's just a story IMO. I think it's just a brilliant way to manipulate people.

we cant prove that what we call life is any more than just a dream, just because it seems real doesnt mean it isnt. it can be used in any type of situation not just this one, so why don't you go to a board that cares about your undermining questions.

Can you prove that God has more chances of existing then the probabality of you having brown hair. It is impossible to 100% prove anything. Every single idea, thought, theory, and even fact can be easily contradicted by a non-falsifiable source.

can't prove what? that God doesn't exist? When you propose a theory you are the one who needs to provide the evidence. If I went into your house and told you your cat TOLD me he didn't like you for example. You would tell me there is no possible way for you to talk to my cat, prove you can talk to my cat. Now it wouldn't make any sense for me to ask you prove that I can't talk to your cat now would it? In the same way people who don't think there is a God don't need to supply evidence for people who are proposing one exists.

But then again, you cannot prove to me that this universe exists. It all rests on faith, and faith alone, that we exist, just as it rests on faith alone that God exists.

Therefore, to extrapolate out, wouldn't that mean that everything is based upon faith alone?

What I believe in, I wouldn't call it a fairy tale. But I know God might not exist. You might not exist, and everything might not exist. Making an opinion on things such as politics and relationships are the exact same as making opinions on Religion. In reality they are the same in probablility. I don't think there is anything wrong with making opinion. I believe there is a God. It would take me an hour to type why I think that. It took me months to come to that opinion. But, there is nothing wrong with making a simple opinion

Honestly man, I prefer no religion period. But you see, Christianity type religion cause much violence. Buddhist and such are very relaxed and peaceful. Now I do prefer if there was no religion and we just believed in love as it should be. I was just picking the lesser of the evils of what is existing.
