Yes I can... I saw this in a newspaper a long time ago but I'm pretty sure they said the percentage of people who could read it was a LOT more than 55%. More like close to 100%.

No, it's a well known fact that 45% of people have no brains. But seriously, like everyone else said, nearly everyone can read it, and this is very very old haha.
