I type really fast and really accurately without looking at the keyboard so i could probably do it blindfolded. Also my keyboard glows in the dark anyway so thats redundant.
Well if you can type really well without looking at the keyboard then you can type really well in the dark. It's hard for me to remember a time when I had to look at the keyboard just to get anything typed. I sometimes forget where some of the symbols are, so it's nice have an illuminated keyboard when typing in low light, but other than that, no need to look at all.
Can I type with my eyes closed? Sure, I'm typing this with my eyes closed right now. If you never learned to touch type, I don't know why you'd even bother using a computer. Typing without being able to touch type is like trying to read, with only one letter per page.
In order to show how well I can type in the dark I figured I'd just type this entire post with my eyes closed. Certainly I cannot prove it but I figured I would make the attempt regardless. I suppose I will at the very least look when pressing the submit button.
